Nadjib Otmani

Nadjib holds an MSc in Biotechnology and Molecular Pathologies from the University of Science and Technology ”USTHB”, as well as a second MSc in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. His research interests lie in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, with his academic and research background focusing on inflammation and inflammatory diseases, mechanobiology, and biomaterials. Nadjib will be based at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), working under the supervision of Tom Hodgkinson on developing biomaterial platforms for the delivery of inflammation-responsive synthetic gene circuits to promote cartilage repair.
