Shrutika pursued her bachelor’s in microbiology from Ramnarain Ruia College, Mumbai. And holds a master’s degree in Biological Sciences from School of Science, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Before pursuing her PhD, she gained experience in recombinant protein expression and purification. Her research interest focuses on recombinant DNA technology and its application in the biomedical field. In CÚRAM, Shrutika is working on the use of marine bioadhesives in biomedical engineering under the supervision of Gerard Wall and Anne Marie Power.
