Aamir Amin

Aamir is a veterinarian who holds an MSc in Medical Biotechnologies from University of Padova, Italy with a dual title in Molecular Medicine from University of Ulm, Germany and a PhD in Clinical and Experimental Oncology and Immunology from Veneto Institute of Oncology, University of Padova, Italy. He later worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Irish Blood Transfusion Service (IBTS) at the Irish Centre for Vascular Biology (ICVB) at RCSI. Aamir is now a Stryker Postdoctoral Researcher at CÚRAM, University of Galway, working under Laoise McNamara to develop methods for assessing thermal tissue damage caused by electrosurgical devices.
