Vision
CÚRAM is a global multidisciplinary research centre with a shared purpose of excellence in research whilst creating a better quality of life for its staff and for patients. CÚRAM is inclusive by design, celebrates and learns from diversity and ensures the equitable involvement of its entire community to work together, to develop a life-long learning culture. 
 
Mission   
Our EDI mission is to enable, empower and embed a culture of equality, diversity and inclusion throughout CÚRAM which benefits the entire centre community and which will ensure that CÚRAM can perform to its full potential. This will be achieved by embedding an EDI Action Plan in existing systems, structures and procedures, including induction of new centre members and the appointment of an EDI lead for each of our research pillars. This will see us realise strategies for involvement of not only those in leadership roles, but every department and group that interacts with CÚRAM including patients, local community and international partners.
