Susan is a Vice President at Boston Scientific, bringing a wealth of executive experience across the broad business spectrum from manufacturing, to commercial excellence, to acquisition & integrations and business transformation. In her current role with Global Business Transformation, she is a senior leader for one of the most complex, game-changing programs Boston Scientific has undertaken to modernise, simplify and standardise the organisation’s ERP and end-to-end business processes to enable Boston Scientific to scale for growth. She has led multiple strategic initiatives at local, regional and global levels, resulting in higher organisational effectiveness, cost savings, revenue growth and process improvements.
Alongside, Susan Murray pioneers the Environmental Social Governance strategy for the EMEA region to ensure Boston Scientific is a trusted partner of choice, providing impactful solutions to drive meaningful behaviour shift to a sustainable healthcare model, tailored to customer needs.
