CÚRAM researchers are invited to participate in a specialised training session on Biostatistics, designed to provide essential skills for designing and evaluating statistically sound experiments. The training will incorporate hands-on learning with G*Power, enabling participants to master sample size calculations and principles of ethical research design.
Learning Objectives
In this training, participants will:
- Grasp core components of a statistically robust experiment
- Learn different formal experimental designs
- Master key components of sample size calculation
- Become familiar with the use of G*Power software
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Apply core principles of experimental design
- Interpret and evaluate statistical power
- Conduct power and sample size calculations using G*Power
- Design ethical and statistically robust experiments
Registration
The event is open to registered participants only. The registration link will be provided directly to CÚRAM researchers via email.
