Speaker: Xuliang Qian
Location: Biomedical Sciences Building, University of Galway
Date: Tuesday, 18th February 2025
We are pleased to invite you to a seminar by Dr. Xuliang Qian, who will share insights into the mechanics of bio-nano systems.
Xuliang Qian is a Lecturer in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Galway. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) and both master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Solid Mechanics from Brown University, USA. His research explores computational biomechanics, bio-nano mechanics, and sustainable nano-manufacturing processes, with a focus on bridging fundamental science to real-world applications.
The seminar will be hosted by Manus Biggs. Additional details will be shared in due course.
