Dulan Jayasooriya

Dulan brings in multiple years of academic and industry experience in multiple disciplines of medical research innovation and invitro diagnostics. He obtained his PhD in Regenerative Medicine from University of Galway in 2024 and has filed an Invention Disclosure Form and a patent application for a novel ancillary device for 3D bioprinting, stemming from his PhD work.  His work received an Enterprise Ireland commercialisation feasibility grant.

Dulan’s research focuses on 3D-bioprinted products and method development, advanced therapy medicinal product development (ATMPs) for peripheral vascular diseases and wound healing. He works under the supervision of Timothy O’Brien.
