Binh Mai

Binh Mai (University of Galway) is a polymer chemist working with different types of polymeric materials, ranging from nano- to macro-scale, as well as realising their potentials for biomedical applications. His research focuses on the synthesis of well-defined stimuli-responsive polymeric nanomaterials/hydrogels and the study of how such materials interact with living cells intra-and extracellularly. His goals are to develop the next generation of advanced materials for drug delivery and cancer immunotherapies.
