Maryam Tabebordbar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, a Master’s degree in Clinical Biochemistry (2015), and a Master’s degree in Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine from the University of Chester, UK (2024). Her first master’s research investigated the in vivo effects of diabetes on uterine gene expression, while her second master’s focused on the in vitro impact of glutamate and extracellular matrix substrates on neuronal growth and development. At CÚRAM, she is developing a novel recombinant protein therapy for Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome under the guidance of Gerard Wall and Daniel O’Toole.
