Palesa Caroline Mphaka

Palesa holds a bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine from SUA, Tanzania and an MSc in Precision Medicine from University College Dublin. Her research investigates how glycans influence chemotherapy resistance in ovarian cancer using advanced 3D engineered models. At CÚRAM, she is conducting her PhD research under the supervision of Dr. Radka Fahey (Saldova) of the NIBRT GlycoScience Group and co-supervised by Dr. Fiona Freeman of the Freeman Lab at University College Dublin.
