Sara Faghihi

Sara began her academic journey with a Doctor of Pharmacy, where her thesis on targeted drug delivery sparked a passion for innovative therapies. She went on to pursue an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s in Nanomedicine, coordinated by Université Paris Cité and jointly offered by four leading European universities. Her current research at University College Dublin under the supervision of David Brayden focuses on delivering anti-inflammatory nanoparticles through hydrogels for targeted treatment of osteoarthritic joints.
